Who we are

What we collect and why

(a) Booking requests — name, email address, requested time slot and an optional message; used solely to arrange and conduct your consultation (legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

(b) Technical data — our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site securely (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

(c) Newsletter signup — email address, used only to send our newsletter until you unsubscribe (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who processes your data

Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Umami (cloud.umami.is — anonymous, cookieless website statistics; no personal data or cross-site identifiers are collected), acting as processors under data processing agreements; transfers outside the EU are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Booking correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, then deleted. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection — email hello@incorporate.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.lu).

No profiling

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
